Yeah they go so fast! But sadly, most gerbils or hamsters even have really small wheels and their back starts to get damaged. Also, most wheels are plastic, and when they swallow the hard plastic, it can cut up their intestines. We have huge wheels for them (I'm not trying to boast btw sorry) so their backs don't hurt and get crunched. Sadly, most owners give gerbils toys for their own enjoyment and don't think about how its hurting their small animal.

My therapist said I have a lot of cognitive distortions including overthinking, but while I'm doing the overthinking I just think everything I think is horrible is true. I only realize it's overthinking a few hours or days later.

Overthinking is really the problem right? I just spills tea on good things....When I think of gud things, suddenly I just try to make out the bad effects or bad things that happened or will and it just spoils my mood
