Kai's backstory:
(you will find out more as time goes on)
Kai (カイ) was five years old when her sister Keiko (ケイコ) killed herself. Her mother abandoned her at birth and Kai was left in the woods to rot. Born to a human and an elven ranger, Kai had always felt torn between her two heritages. She spent her days wandering through the forests, honing her skills with a bow and arrow, but her nights were filled with the sound of music and tales from her father. One day, a mysterious traveler came to her village, bearing a map to a long-lost temple said to hold ancient treasures. Kai saw this as her chance to prove herself and set out on a journey, determined to uncover the secrets of her past and find where her true destiny lay. Along the way, she faced many challenges - from battling fierce monsters to outsmarting fake allies - but with her wits and her bow, she persevered. And in the depths of the ancient temple, she discovered a hidden chamber filled with relics from a forgotten age. As she held a shimmering crystal orb in her hands, Kai felt a surge of power unlike anything she had ever known. It was then that she realized her true calling - to become a legendary hero, bridging the worlds of music and nature, and protecting her land from all evils that threatened it. And so, Kai's tale was just beginning, as she set out to write her own legend and forge a new destiny that would bind her elven grace with her human passion, creating a harmonious balance that would echo through the ages. Soon after, she found out why Keiko had killed herself and why she was 1% evil blooded and she was distraught. She started to question her entire past life.

Kai -Healer class
Notes: 16 human years, 43 elf years
No eyebrows: they were burned off mysteriously after a self sacrifice she made a couple of months ago.
5'7", black hair, brown eyes
Kai's clothes were unknowingly sewn by an old slave of her families
She's had some strange marks on her thigh ever since the death of her sister, Keiko
She was mentioned in the scroll of destiny
She has a crush on Yuko, the young leader of the evil blooded club, but she is scared to say because:
1. Yuko is "evil"
2. Yuko is a girl
Her father only supports her marrying males due to deep family origin. Keiko, Kai's sister, was said to have kissed a girl two days before she died. Kai hides her elf ears because they have the symbol of evil embedded on them, which she had shown no one but her mother, who later abandoned her.
She is supposed to be marrying a young man named Varian, but she ran away from him, which made her father mad, so he tried to shoot her. She then ended up meeting everyone else soon after.
Her hair represents a dark omen. Once it reaches her feet, she will die. She cannot cut it off for a reason unknown to others at the moment. Every time she uses one of her healing powers, her hair grows one more inch.
Personality:
Depressed, regretful, feels left out, quirky, lonely, quick to react, and self conscious about her powers (she feels like she is only used for her powers and nothing more)
She is torn between the decision on who to save with her one-use-bring-back-from-the-dead power. (She is able to either save herself, or sacrifice herself to save another.) She has a time limit to use the power. Otherwise she simply dies if she has not used it and no one is saved. :kao-cry/
Knowledge: level 3.8
Healer powers: level 7.6
Hygiene: medium well, due to stress
Markings she has are the symbol of upcoming death: death about to happen. A mysterious doctor -He has a backstory - prescribed her with Screwmania Syndrome, and left without another word. Kai had not heard about Screwmania and doubted that it existed, but later she had some of the symptoms that the doctor said would happen, such as depression and feelings of suicide.
Best friend: Damien, who is on the verge of death. (Will she use her power to save him?) No one else knows how they met except them, and you have to be very close to Kai to get her to tell... (Like best friend close) She wants to die, but he said he will kill himself if she attempts to die. She forgot what he said due to stress and anxiety, and she attempted to kill herself. So he killed himself and is about to die.
Healer origin: Kai became a healer after witnessing Keiko die. She wants to help others who may feel like Keiko no matter if she will die in the process (her hair). She had to sacrifice a quality of hers to become a healer. She sacrificed her honesty. She might not be honest to others, or she could have cognitive distortions about herself.
Keiko is not a genetic sister. Keiko adopted Kai as a sister when she was 8 in human years, and Kai was 3, so Kai doesn't remember much about this part of her life. Keiko was 53% evil blooded and 57% human. She had flirted with Yuko, too. (She had not kissed Yuko. Or had she?)
