That depends on what you mean. There obviously aren’t any Japanese composers who wrote formal European music in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, but there were certainly some who were active during that period.
If you just wondered whether classical music is big in Japan, it most definitely is.

I think it would probably be better if his eyebrows were higher and also he should have more hair in front of his forehead Otherwise idk maybe you could give a distinctive feature or something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't think he needs to be super unique or anything though
