I have a word くすぐったい that is in my 言葉 schedule. I have 44% mastery on it. If I search for it in the dictionary, the light bulb is not on, and it claims it is not in any of my schedules. Very strange.
Here you go. I've added the one from the dictionary too. That one is the one with mastery 0, and the one that is not in the dictionary is the one at 44%.
Ah, I see the issue. The dictionary should be better aligned, and I swapped out the "wrong" (it's not wrong, but there are some entries in the original dictionary that are not meant to be visible, but are included for better search results) one for the official entry.
Now, it most likely will not swap them out of your own schedule, so I'd block the 44% once, add that mastery to the other one, then add it into your schedule.
I have the same issue, on up to 32 terms (I didn't go check one by one) - I recently finished the N5 materials so used the advanced search tool to make sure I hadn't missed any vocab - it came up with 32 words, but I recognised most of them. Checked a few, and they are definitely in my schedule, and most of them with a decent mastery level:
