I swear I need to double tap each word every time i want to enter it into a sentence for those fill in the blank grammar quizzes.

Why can’t it just be one tap? I have the size turned up so I don’t miss it but yet it happens almost every time.

They are definitely single tap for 99.8% of users, so it may be a specific bug you're running into.

Are you on a touch device, or on a desktop/laptop? If it's touch, I wonder if the issue is that it thinks you are about to drag the element instead of just tap-to-add.
