There are many types of ADHD, but common symptoms are things like being anxious, having a hard time focusing, fidgetiness, being disorganized... things like that. You also don't have to have all of these to have ADHD
ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, can have different symptoms that fall into two main categories: inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity. Inattention symptoms may include being easily distracted, having difficulty staying focused on tasks, making careless mistakes, forgetting daily activities, and having trouble organizing tasks. Hyperactivity-impulsivity symptoms may include fidgeting or squirming, difficulty staying seated, feeling restless, talking excessively, interrupting others, and difficulty waiting for their turn. Not everyone with ADHD will have all these symptoms, and they can vary from person to person.
I posted something similar in a different forum, but here it is again. This is what can help support you if you have ADHD.
1. Create a routine: Establishing a daily routine can help you stay organized and manage your time effectively. 2. Break tasks into smaller steps: Breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable steps can make them less overwhelming and easier to complete. 3. Use organizational tools: Utilize tools like planners, calendars, and apps to help you stay on track with appointments, deadlines, and tasks. 4. Stay active: Regular physical activity can help improve focus and reduce impulsivity. 5. Get plenty of sleep: Adequate sleep is essential for managing ADHD symptoms and overall well-being. 6. Seek support: Talk to your parents, teachers, or healthcare provider about your ADHD symptoms and any challenges you may be facing. They can provide guidance and support. (But of course we can provide support too!!)

by the way I have a question 🙋 .
sometimes when I feel that I have to complete this work and I try to do that work but I spoil the whole work 😭😭....... this is also a symptoms of ADHD?
Hmm... Sorry if I heard your question wrong, but this is what I have gathered....
It is common for individuals with ADHD to struggle with tasks that require sustained attention and focus, which can sometimes result in difficulties completing work or making mistakes. But it's important to remember that making mistakes doesn't automatically mean someone has ADHD.
