Does anyone know any resources I can study from or any advice recommendation anything. I'm so bad at them I seriously rarely do them correct meanwhile I'm quite good on grammar and vocabulary but still can't connect them
Read more things in Japanese to get used to the way sentences are constructed and the order in which things usually go, I suppose. There isn't really any shortcut.
Star selection is the easiest question type for me. You just need more exposure to the language in general. Find some native content you enjoy. Listening is way easier than reading, but you should try to do both. After a few years you get a "feel" for how sentences are constructed and what sounds natural. As @ansair said - there are no shortcuts.
If you need to get better fast (for a test or something), you can do star selection only quizzes (just turn off every other question type).
Not sure how much this helps, but when the star is close to the end of the sentence, I find it easier to go backwards. Honestly, the way I solve them is 90% intuition, so I can't really help you much.
If you have renshuu pro, you could: add a sentence schedule, and in the schedule options you can turn on JLPT style Star selection questions to practice them.
