So i got this issue that when i have multiple choice questions (i have this on all my quizes until mastery lvl 4) i already know the other 3 answers so i can just cross out most answers because i already know them. It would be a big helper if it will become possible to only get options from around the same mastery level, so for example i got a question from a mastery level 2 i can only get answers with master 1, 2 and 3.
It's not exactly what you were asking but a solution for this problem (that I use) is to hide multiple choice entirely. This can be done in options, and it forces you to actively recall the answer.
See question > think about answer > press D or tap screen to unhide answers > pick answer you thought of or S to skip if you couldn't.
With multiple choice, your problem will only get worse over time, since knowing more terms will mean an ever increasing percentage of possible multiple choice options are known to you.
This will actually trend towards making the questions easier, I feel, than harder - you're going to dramatically reduce the pool of alternate answers that can be chosen, especially given that renshuu needs to filter against word types, and sometimes kanji presence/length (depending on the question type) - for example, if the question is 帰る and the answer is kana, you need words that end in る.
The response above me is the best way to do it, and a method that I've recommended for years :)
