I am a returning user, I bought a renshuu pro lifetime membership about a year ago. Recently I logged in and renshuu pro is not active? I can't find a resync button anywhere. Any help finding a resync button or anything like that would be appreciated. Thank you.
It appears that they have deleted their account. There is no way for lifetime pro to deactivate, so the most likely conclusion is that they accidentally logged in with a different email (it happens more than you think).
