There's an issue when sentence searching for romaji that corresponds to a mixture of scripts.
For example, searching burakkukigyou yields no sentences, but ブラック企業 does show one.
The same sentence is also found when searching burakku or kigyou separately.
As another example, saboru yields no sentences, while サボる shows 4.
The issue seems to be isolated to the sentence lookup, since the vocabulary dictionary finds both.
Ugh. I'll be honest - I'm not quite sure how to fix this unless (and this may be ideal) I normalize the search data to only use one of the kanas (hiragana, I guess) and then search everything in hiragana.
It is working for the vocabulary dictionary, so I assumed the sentence lookup should behave the same.
But if it's too much hassle to fix, no worries...
Yeah - they use more or less the same system, so I'm honestly not sure why one works and the other doesn't.
I made a few changes based on my previous post - see if it works better for you now.
I wonder if this change caused a regression. Currently, a search for いすず does not find the word いすゞ, but a romaji search for Isuzu succeeds.

I cannot speak to if that worked before, but there is nothing in renshuu (and never has) that handles rewriting of ゞ.
The romaji search is working because it is in the definition, not because of some translation of the romaji into Japanese.
