I have a pro-subscription with auto-renewing payments. I am not using the service much, and would like to stop my subscription. Is deleting my account the only option?
Nope! You can go to Pro (the star icon) on your dashboard to cancel it. It's pretty simple, but please let me know if you have any questions, and I can help you out with it!
Sorry - it has changed in the six years since I posted that. Go to Menu > support renshuu > renshuu pro, and the cancel button (or info to do so) is all in there :)
Hi, I also want to cancel my yearly membership. I went to Menu > support renshuu > renshuu pro but I did not find any cancellation button. I can upgrade to a lifetime membership. Thanks in advance.
